Why Porfirio's? The name of our restaurant is a tribute to Porfirio Diaz's soldiers, who ushered in modernization, stability, and prosperity to the country during his long rule. We named our restaurant after his soldiers, to honor their legacy and the spirit to strive for a better life. We strive to emulate their legacy by providing our customers with an authentic, memorable, and quality dining experience here at Porfirio's Mexican Restaurant. To better our community, our lives, and to fill our bellies with good food and drinks to honor Diaz's men who dared to dream of a better life, like so many before and so many since.
